Charmaine is the Country Real Estate Services Lead for Botswana. She works with multiple clients across their real estate interests, covering property disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews (emphasizing cost optimisation), developing client relationships, and contributing to business development projects.

Kenneth heads Ghana’s Valuation and Advisory Services. He is a seasoned valuer and chartered accountant, having property brokerage experience in commercial, industrial and residential markets. Kenneth consults with clients regarding property development, investments, and feasibility studies.
In 1992 Kenneth obtained a B. Sc. (Hons) in Estate Management from Southbank University, soon after receiving a Post-Graduate Diploma in Land Management and Development from the University of East London. Kenneth’s education includes certification in Housing Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
Kenneth is a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) valuer and member, and holds membership with the Ghana Institute of Surveyors.
